SPARKLE (Spatial Ambient RNA Kernel-based Leakage Estimator) corrects local RNA leakage in cell-resolved, sequencing-based spatial transcriptomic data. It uses capture locations outside cell-segmentation masks as within-sample spatial evidence and returns a corrected gene-by-cell expression matrix.
